BOOT
CAMP
This
workout includes intervals of cardio
and resistance training and will
kick your butt! All in an
energetic, motivating and fun
environment! If you want to sweat,
burn fat and build muscle this class
is for you. All fitness levels are
welcome. This is a 3 or 4 week
session.

PILATES
This
is a stomach workout like no other.
Learn to connect with your core
muscles. Feel your body respond to
the mind/body integration that is so
important with exercise. Strengthen
and improve your posture. Any
fitness level is welcome. Members
can pay for one class at a time or
buy a package and use them when you
can! Non- members are able to drop
in or sign up for 4 week sessions.
New participants are required to
have a ½ hour private introductory
session before their first class.

hit the fitness studio! Zumba is a
fun and exhilarating cardio workout
with easy-to-follow moves. No dance

The routines feature interval

slow rhythms and resistance training
are combined to tone and sculpt your
body while burning fat.
