This is an Ab Workout like no other.
Learn to connect with your core muscles.
Feel your body respond to the mind/body
integration that is so important with
exercise. Strengthen and improve your
posture. Any fitness level is welcome.
This is a drop-in class. Pay for one

BEGINNER
PILATES
Anyone interested in Pilates should take
the Beginner Pilates before attending
the regular drop in classes. We go over
the fundamentals and terminology used in
the Pilates routine. It is a very basic
workout focusing on feeling the Pilates
Difference. The Beginner Class is just a
one hour session and is offered at No
Charge for Members and $8.00 for
Non-members. It is a wonderful
opportunity to give it a try – feel the
difference. Please call for the next
beginner class scheduled.

YOGA
Yoga can be anything to anybody…stretch,
strengthen, relax, rejuvenate, release,
breathe, grow…let the postures and the
movement soothe your Body, Mind &
Spirit. All levels welcome! This a

RESTORATIVE YOGA
This is a gentle and flowing yoga. Quiet
the inner chatter of your mind and
experience the healing powers of your
body. Learn to rest, relax and restore.
Honor your limits and protect your
injuries. Gain knowledge on proper
breathing techniques. This is wonderful
for anyone needing to escape! All levels

class starts with Pranayama (Breathing
Practice) and finishes with a guided
visualization and relaxation. You will
leave this class floating on air! It
runs the last Friday night of each
month.

STEP
Come and experience a great
cardiovascular and lower body workout on
the Reebok STEP. Strengthen your heart
and lungs. Take your workout to the
limit!

This workout includes intervals of
cardio and resistance training. It is in
the format of a circuit. All fitness
levels are welcome. You will learn
proper techniques for weight training,
new exercises, and progressions to grow
stronger. All in an energetic,
motivating and fun environment! This is
