PILATES
This is an Ab Workout like no other.
Learn to connect with your core
muscles. Feel your body respond to
the mind/body integration that is so
important with exercise. Strengthen
and improve your posture. Any
fitness level is welcome. This is a
drop-in class. Pay for one class at
a time or buy a package and use them
when you can!

BEGINNER PILATES
Anyone interested in Pilates should
take the Beginner Pilates before
attending the regular drop in
classes. We go over the fundamentals
and terminology used in the Pilates
routine. It is a very basic workout
focusing on feeling the Pilates
Difference. The Beginner Class is
just a one hour session and is
offered at No Charge for
Members and $8.00 for Non-members.
It is a wonderful opportunity to
give it a try – feel the difference.

This is a gentle and flowing yoga.
Quiet the inner chatter of your mind

restore. Honor your limits and

anyone needing to escape! All levels

& SHINE YOGA
Your
body will come alive with ASHTANGA
yoga. This is a yoga that
challenges your muscles like no
other workout. Remember: A longer
muscle is a stronger muscle! All

Come and experience a great
cardiovascular and lower body
workout on the Reebok STEP.
Strengthen your heart and lungs.
