Sandra’s Philosophy
Anyone and everyone should do some form of
exercise. Moving, strengthening and
stretching the body, produces innumerable
benefits. In this day and age, not many people
have the time to research all of the methods and
information for creating a strong, balanced and
healthy body. With life so hectic, it is hard
to stay committed to an exercise regime. It is
easy to get frustrated after working so hard
with little or no results. Some of us have
health complications, injuries or limitations
that make exercise a confusing and scary idea.
This is where a personal trainer comes in. A
trainer has the up-to-date knowledge. A trainer
watches your technique and progresses you at the
proper pace while avoiding injuries. A trainer
offers encouragement and motivation when
needed. A trainer provides education and
information on nutritional issues. A trainer
helps you accomplish your goals. A trainer can
help you achieve results you did not think were
