Sandra’s Philosophy

Anyone and everyone should do some form of exercise.  Moving, strengthening and stretching the body, produces innumerable benefits.  In this day and age, not many people have the time to research all of the methods and information for creating a strong, balanced and healthy body.  With life so hectic, it is hard to stay committed to an exercise regime.  It is easy to get frustrated after working so hard with little or no results.  Some of us have health complications, injuries or limitations that make exercise a confusing and scary idea.  This is where a personal trainer comes in.  A trainer has the up-to-date knowledge.  A trainer watches your technique and progresses you at the proper pace while avoiding injuries.  A trainer offers encouragement and motivation when needed.  A trainer provides education and information on nutritional issues.  A trainer helps you accomplish your goals.  A trainer can help you achieve results you did not think were possible.  Maybe a trainer can help you…

Justin Anjema

Providing an intense level of personal one-on-one training and fitness development, Justin’s approach to fitness is specific to the needs of the client. Justin has been involved in fitness and personal training since 2005, working with people of all ages to provide professional coaching and education, goal setting and the motivation necessary to assist clients in realizing their goals. Justin works with clients to attain overall good health. He has enjoyed excellent results working with clients who suffer from back and shoulder pain, designing a fitness regime that works in assisting clients in achieving freedom from habitual pain and injuries. Justin’s passion is helping his clients to develop their optimal physical health, achieve their fitness goals and remain agile and flexible through all life stages.
