WHAT IS THAI MASSAGE?

Thai massage is an ancient and natural therapy that has been taught and practiced for over 2,500 years. It developed in Thailand and is a unique blend of traditional eastern body work, with elements of Shiatsu, assisted Yoga poses and reflexology.

Thai massage is performed on a floor mat with the client wearing loose and comfortable clothing.  It is beneficial for all body types and ages, for both men and women.

This treatment involves gentle stretching and rhythmic compressions.  The postures and movements are assisted and supported so total relaxation can result.  The compressions work to relieve knots and tension brought on by stresses of every day life.
