Sandra is a teacher trainer for East to West Yoga. Over the years she has studied yoga, she has attended an extensive list of retreats, courses and classes learning and experiencing the many different styles of yoga. She is passionate about the benefits and healing capabilities of yoga and the breath. Having experienced these benefits herself, she delights in sharing her knowledge and the experience of yoga to those who are curious to learn this ancient method of holistic health!

CHAKRA YOGA Tuesdays 7:00 - 8:30 pm
In this class you will become aware of the energy that flows within your body. You will practice and learn how to focus and quiet the mind. You will release the stresses of your day through certain asanas (poses) and pranayama (breathing exercises) to balance your energy centers of your body. You will balance your life! All levels certainly welcome!
GENTLE HATHA YOGA Fridays 10:00 - 11:30 am
This is a gentle and flowing yoga. Quiet the mind and experience the healing powers of your body. Learn to rest, relax and restore. Honor your limits and protect your injuries. Gain knowledge on the healing properties of the breath. This is wonderful for anyone and everyone! All levels certainly welcome!
